The central section (land nr. 902)

The central section is located to the south of the upper section. It surrounded by 2 main roads, one to the city Guayabo and the other to the National Park.

The surface is 62.29 hectares which is segregated in 12 parts of approximately 5 hectares.

All the parcels except one have access to the river. Only the sounds of water flow and singing birds disturbs the silence. The tropical views are very beautiful and refill the body with nature energies. Each plot has is own entrance and flat area that was made in advance to prepare the land for building.
